Refund Policy

We understand that as a partner, sometimes your situation changes and you need to change or update your billing details. We are more than happy to make changes to your recurring billing if this is the case - simply email us at partners@globalmissionawareness.com

With regard to products or event tickets purchased through our online store, please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where items are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
